CPMS Ltd was founded in 2000 by Justin Matthews after 35 years experience in the building trade. Based in Hampshire, the Company specialise in the sympathetic renovation and reconstruction of older and period properties in the South of England.

CPMS Ltd are renowned for restoring the beauty of heritage buildings whilst seamlessly blending the comforts of modern living that we all require. We strongly believe that these beautiful properties should be preserved and maintained and improved for future generations.

CPMS Ltd are naturally passionate about the environment and strive wherever possible to make this one of our top priorities, often using reclaimed materials where appropriate in order to accentuate the beauty of these wonderful buildings and projects whilst combining both traditional and modern techniques in our work.

Our services cover all aspects of a project whatever the size. From the initial design, the planning procedure, the build and final completion, including landscaping and high quality decoration when required – always with the customer’s specific and detailed needs at the forefront of our mind. Whether it be a full renovation, a contemporary extension, or the refurbishment of single rooms.
